Problem 1 - Panel 4

Panel 4, the last in the problem 1 series. For this panel, Iused some of my favorite in both digital painting and photo collage techniques to create a desert environment mimicing the composition of panel 3 for the scorpion character I developed in the last panel. I chose the color triad of green, orange and violet from the 12 color hue system for this panel.

Problem 1 - Panel 3

Panel 3 in a series of 4, based on the organic form of a scorpion. I chose the monochromatic color scheme of red to relate to the nature of this dangerous animal, as a color of warning. I had a lot of fun with this panel, and I think it mimics the original shape of panel 1 quite well.

Part 2 in the Problem 1 series. Not sure why some of the edges look so jagged in some places in the upload, they weren't looking that way in Photoshop. :-/
